CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations held with credit cards are not charged a deposit unless there is a cancellation.

Two weeks notice required for cancellation or deposit fee is charged to credit card. Deposits charged for cancellations are £20 per double room & £10 per single.If less than 72 hours notice is given for room cancellation a (1) night stay is charged. No Shows incur a (1) night stay charge.

Guests without credit cards must mail in cheque for a one-night-stay. Refunds, in accordance to cancellation policy, are returned accordingly.
